Payment Options

Charges for treatment are explained before treatment starts. The cost of treatment is based on the complexity of the individual case.

Dr. Champlin does not want cost to stand in the way of treatment; therefore, we offer a variety of payment options. We are receptive to individual financial circumstances and will be happy to discuss possible alternatives with you.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will complete all necessary insurance forms and send the forms to you or to the insurance company. Unlike medical insurance, orthodontic insurance does not cover 100% of the fee. So that we can help you determine what orthodontic benefits you may have, please bring the current benefits booklet and identification card of the policyholder (which includes the plan number) with you to the initial appointment.
